Iron Springs strives to provide the finest crafted ales possible using only the best ingredients from around the world, including our own proprietary house yeast.

All of our beers are hand crafted on location here in Fairfax, California in 10 barrel batches. We start with the freshest water from the seven Marin reservoirs, as well as the Russian River, and add the finest ingredients available on the global market. While remaining true to traditions, each of our beers also brings its own unique characteristics to the palate. From the brew-house to the taps, to your glass, without filtration, our beers are “alive” and made with great care and craftsmanship.

Casey Jones Imperial IPA
This double IPA has twice the hops and grains as its counterpart. Significant floral, citrus, and peppery notes on the nose, yet even with the enormous hop profile, the huge grain bill results in a very well balanced brew.
• 9.3% alcohol by volume (ABV)

JC Flyer IPA
Quickly becoming a new favorite, this IPA has great floral notes, while being smoother than the Iron Springs IPA. Big & Bold, yet smooth & mellow.
• 7.7% alcohol by volume (ABV)

Sless Oatmeal Stout
Dark, hardy, thick, rich, roasted and chocolaty, this ale is amazingly smooth due to the generous addition of whole oats. Named for a friend of Iron Springs and easily the finest pedal steel player around, Barry Sless, this one is layered with flavors.
• 8% alcohol by volume (ABV)

Kent Lake Kolsch
Our rendition of this classic from Cologne is brewed with all German ingredients. This light and crisp ale holds many characteristics of a lager; tangy and tart notes. Brewed with the water from our local Kent Lake.
• 4.5% alcohol by volume (ABV)
